About Mac's

Mac’s is a new business. We are really excited about operating a mobile Chicago style hot dog, Italian Beef and Gyro restaurant. Having grown up in the Chicago metro area Vienna Beef was King and nearly every hot dog restaurant sold Vienna Beef. I grew up working in, and eating at these restaurants. It’s always been a Dream of mine to get back into it. Fortunately for me, my wife Caroline was on board.

Having served as a cook in the USMC for 6 years as a cook and Managing restaurants after getting out of the service. I lost interest in food service and spent most of my career in the self-storage industry and sales.

Mac’s will sell high quality food at reasonable prices. Our food will be made to order and when possible, scratch made.
